I was born in 1986, in Peterborough, Ontario. The youngest daughter in a family of 5. I started experiencing communication with spirit and energy when I was 4 years old. Not knowing what to do with it, or having an outlet to explore it, I only talked about it with my mother and closest family members. After the death of my oldest sister in 2002, I completely shut down my abilities and entered an extremely difficult phase in my life. It wasn't until my early 30's, after having two children of my own, and still having these spiritual experiences open to me, while finding comfort in helping those dying around me, that i decided to embrace and pursue the gifts i knew i had carried all my life.

I am now working as a Certified Death Doula, helping those who are nearing the end of their lives or who want to be prepared for when the time comes, so that they may have the most beautiful & peaceful death they can. I have also obtained a degree in trauma counselling, offering holistic & spiritual therapy for various forms of trauma and emotional wounds, including ancestral traumas within family lines. I am a Reiki Master & Energy Healing Coach, along with being a Guided Meditation Teacher. I use my healing, and energy work for those nearing the end of life, as well as for those who are not and are choosing to heal themselves through a spiritual and holistic route. Also offering mediumship readings connecting to those who have passed, spirit, and universal energy. I also does work on animals & pets.

I am a teacher with Virya - The Ontario College of Death Doulas (www.ontarioschoolofuniversalenergy.com) , where I teache Death Doula courses and offer mentorship programs.
